Which are you doing 85% of the time?

I speak about this a lot. The “85/15 rule”. It’s a concept of balancing out the types of foods you eat.

Think of it this way: 85% of the time you are eating nutrient dense foods.

The other 15% you are having foods that are more comfort based like 🍕🍪🍦🍭🎂.

But you’re not OVER doing it. You’re able to break away and have something here and there while being able to sustain your nutrition to work toward it co tonite to have abs (don’t act like you don’t want em)
