What are my go for meals ?

A lot of questions via twitter but bought id bring em over to IG.

Lot I’m gonna shareso grab a pen and pad and let’s get into it.

First things first, most of my meals or shakes for a couple reasons they are really easy to make and I can make a ton of them and have them on the go making it really easy for me to stay the course and not have to deal with making bad decisions. Many of the shakes are going to have a mixture of ingredients and be focused on what I’m trying to get out of that meal at that time. In the morning I’m going to have a green smoothie.

Ingredients:
🔹cucumber
🔹kale/spinach /chard
🔹berries
🔹apple
🔹macha

Later on in the day I’m going to have meal replacements smoothies that are going to be a little bit more dense and have a lot more macro nutrient density and be a little more filling as well. So@e of theseshakes can have up to 80g carbs and 50g of Protein (mixture of proteins to get a complete blend for max muscle growth.

🔹oats
🔹spirulina
🔹berries
🔹pea protein
🔹hemp hearts(10 g P/serv)
