1. COMMITMENT TO THE PROCESS


- Ok let’s be honest, ITS HARD‼ starting, starting over, having setbacks. Man it takes a commitment to the process. Most people can’t commit. They want results NOW.
Thing is, the world isn’t a a crazy enough place to work like that. You want it. You gotta earn it.

2. NUTRITION

3. DIRECTION
- You’ll need to understand it’s NOT 1-size fits all. If you want to put on muscle... you’re gonna need a certain stimulus. Working in certain load % or time under tension. As well as rest, accommodations for your specific injures and needs.


Doing your homeboys program won’t always work. LADIES, you won’t get that  by doing those sets of 40 with light weight. You’re gonna have to learn to safely move some loads.

Just remember that strength comes overtime and takes a lot longer. Conditions can be gained fast. While it takes longer to gain strength it also is much easier for your body to recall on strength. At a cellular level it’s like flipping a switch and your body can quickly gain it back even after s Long Hiatus.
