SQUAT GRIP: ]Thumb Over Or Under The Bar ?
If you’ve swiped left⏪⏪, you’ve probably noticed that, well, both grips can be used.
So what grip should YOU use?
The one that allows your wrists to stay straight in line with your forearm.
Why? Because keeping it bent, and training over and over with a bent wrist, can make you develop elbow pain in the long run. And that sucks. -
Next time you’re about to squat, pay some more attention to your grip and make sure it stays straight during the whole rep, whether it is thumbless or thumbful. Pick the grip that allows you to do so.
