Found a new favorite restaurant here in Long Beach. It's an all you can eat salad bar. Like music to my ears!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 oz spinach
  2. 3 oz edamame
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 oz mushroom
  5. 1 oz sunflower seeds
  6. 1 oz cucumber
  7. 1 oz red onion
  8. 2 tbsp ginger dressing
  9. + 1/2 cup organic red lentils

Macros:

  1. 530 calories
  2. 34g protein
  3. 53g carbs
  4. 19g fat
  5. 15g fiber

You guys ask me what I eat ... here you go. And don’t stert with the “complete protein” talk please. Lol
