Let's Talk Snacks

Ok so you are out... eating with friends or traveling. The first thing we do when we get an urge to eat, or craving is go for the first thing we see.

How about we put more focus into preparing before we go out? Ok So you can't pack a lunch box but what can you do?

We have computers for phones... it's called google. Find places and options around where you and your friends are going. Make better choices.

Those abs don't happen by chance, bro.

➡️CURVE YOUR CRAVINGS
I always recommend to my students to lean on caffeine which can help drastically hold off your cravings. Maybe you don't like coffee but tea is an options. If you don't care for those there are all kinds of natural sources of caffeine or even caffeine supplements.

Whatever you prefer it can be a huge help to you till you can get back to some good eating options.

Its just so easy AT FIRST to eat like crap and make excuses.

What it really comes down to is the effort you're willing to put into your nutrition. Into your body.
