Guys I just want to encourage you to gather info and knowledge for yourself. With an unbiased approach to learn something new.

Don’t go listen to a show, or read an article or check a podcast and take it at face value.

I’m constantly tagged in posts about “science “ backed research saying you can’t do this or that. Plant based living being one of those examples.

Just last week I was tagged in a post literally saying you cant be strong and would pretty much die on a plant based diet.

Well... I’m clearly unable to perform here...clearly im not getting enough protein, and have no information at all about the human body and performance.

I mean... I just eat plants and that doesn’t Work says the “studies”.

Here is what I’m saying whatever anyone says about anything, form your own opinions WHILE BEING OPEN to gathering information on arguing for both sides.

This is called an “Unbiased Approach”.

I love all you guys out there regardless of how you eat. I really think people get too bent out of shape. I don’t judge anyone. I just shared fo from experiments I’ve ran.

If you TRULY believe building muscle is scientifically not possible on a plant diet mostly of carbs...

PLEASE RUN🏃🏾‍️ UP ON ME AND LET’S PUT THAT HYPOTHESIS TO THE TEST. 
In an “experiment” lol.

Remember they also once said BLACK athletes were too dumb to play Quarterback in the NFL.
And that women cooking work certain jobs. - 
If you wanna learn more I suggest you check out these bad ass athletes proving its not an outlier situation, or isolated incident. It’s just another way of getting it done with a diff mindset and purpose
