How To Make Your Abs Show ?
I’m pretty sure I’ve said this a million times by now, but DMs still keep asking me “what type of ab exercise should I do to reveal my abs?” -
The reality is: none. Or better, maybe you could skip a few sets of “fork-to-mouth” meaning that if you eat less, THEN you’re on your way to finally reveal your abs.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t ever train abs, because of course it is a good thing to increase your core strength.
However, while exercising will only strengthen them, only a caloric deficit for a determined period of time will make you reveal your set of abs. That’s the pure truth. You need to lose the amount of bodyfat that covers them for them to pop out.
No single exercise will help you see them, if your bodyfat % is too high!
