Over time you now create the processes that it takes for you to sustain the lifestyle you are looking for. Here are a few tips to help you get started on a strong Food Prep Ritual.
Go shopping (or arranging to have food delivered)
Create a Meal plan for the next week(s)
Prep your proteins so you have that out of the way
Prep your side dishes (beans, potatoes, veggies)
Any dry shakes you can prep to be ready on the go
Plate, bag, freeze, your portions for now, and later
Come up with a plan for eating out options (places, and food options you will stick with)
Double check you have snacks for emergencies!
Stay hydrated: Keep water with you
Make sure to get vitmins / essential minerals: They can help curb your cravings.
