Fun vs. Results
This is a serious topic that many people need to understand:
The results you want come from YOUR WORK ETHIC.
Even the crappiest programs will get you results if you give you all EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. It’s about your effort level.
Now, everyone has needs specific to them:
- Shoulder weaknesses
- lower body imbalance
- goals for getting pull-ups
- Weight loss
- Muscle gain
- And to reach all those goals you will need a rounded program to target those.
But the thing about getting weight loss, or pull-ups, or whatever is this:
ITS NOT GLAMOROUS‼
It’s day-in, day-out, showing up and putting in slow, methodical work to get where you wanna be. It’s not the “cool stuff” no not at all...
My Online clients all know this
THAT is why most people complain. They aren’t willing to put in the work ethic that it REALLY takes. So instead... that just complain. And probably won’t get what they are after.
I KNOW BECAUSE ITS BEEN ME BEFORE.
I been there.
I’m running in this photo: many people HATE cardio( run,bike,row, etc).
They also HATE the body fat they are carrying around their waistline.
Everyone has limitations... and needs to adjust accordingly. But if you want something you better understand it won’t be glamorous, and it won’t be “fun” till you see those abs. Or that weight lifted. It won’t happen until you get comfortable, being uncomfortable.
ITS CALLED MENTAL TOUGHNESS.
Some welcome it.
Some buckle under it and complain instead.
