8 week plan to have you in shape before the holidays


About to launch a fitness product and I’m looking for some beta testers. I know that each of you has individual needs/goals/challenges so it will be a completely customized plan.

-6 day a week interaction with me for 8 weeks.
-Customized meal plan and exercise plan.
-1 one-on-one coaching call with me every week to eliminate mental blocks.
