CORRECT TECHNIQUE IS ALWAYS CORRECT: USE IT IN AND OUTSIDE THE GYM

Correct Position Techniques

Too many people hurt themselves at the gym because of bad technique used when performing the exercises. However, even more people hurt themselves during the “everyday life” when performing any sort of activity.

This because many people only pay attention to the exercises when training in a gym, forgetting about the fact that those exact movements should mimick or even strengthen other daily activities that might involve using those very exercises.

I’m not saying that you should set up, do the valsalva maneuvre and pull the slack out of a very light shoes box that fell on the floor.. but you get what I mean.

People hurt themselves because they don’t pay attention to the movement they’re performing.

Better safe than sorry, guys: correct form is always correct. Make sure you use it in and outside the gym. 👍🏻
