3 Reasons To Eat More Pineapples

I love pineapple for all kinds of reasons. Tasting great obviously is the main reason to enjoy it.

Am I right, or am I right? 

My main focus when it comes to eating for health and performance changes my purpose for consuming foods. Taste is apart of the equation. But I need to be healthy, and have the ability to fuel my body for performance, and I can't do that on a crappy diet.

Foods can get boring. Eating the saaaammmme fruits non stop.

Not to mention it can have some negatives associated with the repetition as well. Not consuming foods in seasons means the food source is mostly likely genetically modified. NON GMO is the way to go

Eat foods in season, and avoid that. As well as provide your body the variance in nutrients with different foods.
