3 ILEOPSOAS STRETCHES FOR HIP PAIN/CLICKING

One of the most common issues I’m asked about deal with issues stemming from tight hips.
-
Here are 3 great stretches you can do at home or anywhere else. As we've seen in the previous post, a repetitive flexion, extension and rotation of the Ileopsoas can lead to hip pain (Ileopsoas bursitis & tendonitis) & clicking, so we need to learn how to stretch and release the muscle.

The pictures are self explanatory so I won't bother explaining them in the caption.
-
Anyway, because of its anatomical composition and insertion of the muscle, there's much more to know about the ileopsoas, so this is by no means "everything you need to know about it".
-
Luckily for you, y'all got Pheasyque who comes at rescue for that, so we'll see what this muscle can cause and how we'll need to work on it. πŸ™ŒπŸ»β€οΈ

If y'all are interested, as always let me know in the comment section, as that lets me know that you guys really care about knowing more on this subject!
